Lamb Meatballs

1 pound of ground lamb
1/4 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
1/2 a teaspoons of coriander
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
4 ounces of feta cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

Gather all of the ingredients and mixed them into a large bowl, roll the meatballs about 1 1/2 inches should make about 20!! Set the oven on broil and place the meatballs on a pan and broil them for about 6-8 minutes or until browned. Then, Enjoy!!!
